Services & Charges

All our engineers carry standard parts aboard their vans and we always do our best to repair in the first visit, parts prices are not included in the above costs. If a part is used from the van stock this will be added to the invoice. If a specific part or parts are required that need to be ordered, then we will take all the necessary details and send you an estimate via email / post to carry out the works.

The above charges are for labour only and exclude VAT.

Terms & Conditions of payment

Please note you will be charged for the first visit to investigate and diagnose at the full hour rate. If you do require parts to be ordered then we require payment upfront for the parts, they will not be ordered without this payment. Our Payment terms are 7 days from the date of the invoice. Any invoice queries should be raised within the 7 days. If payment has not been received within this period, it will be passed on to our credit control team.

Please note we will not return and repair until the invoice for the investigation and diagnoses is paid.
